1 plate type plate selection
板片型式或波紋式應(yīng)根據(jù)換熱場(chǎng)合的實(shí)際需要而定。對(duì)流量大允許壓降小的情況，應(yīng)選用阻力小的板型，反之選用阻力大的板型。根據(jù)流體壓力和溫度的情況，確定選擇可拆卸式，還是釬焊式。確定板型時(shí)不宜選擇單板面積太小的板片，以免板片數(shù)量過多，板間流速偏小，傳熱系數(shù)過低，對(duì)較大的換熱器更應(yīng)注意這個(gè)問題。
The plate type or corrugated type shall be determined according to the actual needs of the heat exchange situation. For large flow rate and small pressure drop, a small resistance plate shall be adopted, otherwise a large resistance plate shall be adopted. According to the fluid pressure and temperature, determine whether to choose removable or brazing type. When determining the plate shape, it is not suitable to choose the plate with too small single board area, so as to avoid excessive plate quantity, small flow velocity between the plates, and low heat transfer coefficient, which should be paid more attention to by the larger heat exchanger.

流程指板式換熱器內(nèi)一種介質(zhì)同一流動(dòng)方向的一組并聯(lián)流道，而流道指板式換熱器內(nèi)，相鄰兩板片組成的介質(zhì)流動(dòng)通道。一般情況下，將若干個(gè)流道按并聯(lián)或串聯(lián)的方式連接起來，以形成冷、熱介質(zhì)通道的不同組合。

流程組合形式應(yīng)根據(jù)換熱和流體阻力計(jì)算，在滿足工藝條件要求下確定。盡量使冷、熱水流道內(nèi)的對(duì)流換熱系數(shù)相等或接近，從而得到最佳的傳熱效果。因?yàn)樵趥鳠岜砻鎯蓚?cè)對(duì)流換熱系數(shù)相等或接近時(shí)傳熱系數(shù)獲得較大值。雖然板式換熱器各板間流速不等，但在換熱和流體阻力計(jì)算時(shí)，仍以平均流速進(jìn)行計(jì)算。由于“U”形單流程的接管都固定在壓緊板上，拆裝方便。

Although the flow velocity between plates of plate heat exchangers is unequal, the average flow velocity is calculated when the heat transfer and fluid resistance are calculated. Because the "U" shape, the single process of the nozzles are fixed on the compression plate, disassembly and assembly is convenient.
3、壓降校核
3 、 pressure drop check
在板式換熱器的設(shè)計(jì)選型使，一般對(duì)壓降有一定的要求，所以應(yīng)對(duì)其進(jìn)行校核。如果校核壓降超過允許壓降，需重新進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)選型計(jì)算，直到滿足工藝要求為止。
In the plate heat exchanger design and selection, general pressure drop has a certain requirement, so it should be checked. If the check pressure drop exceeds the allowable pressure drop, the design selection calculation shall be carried out until the process requirements are met.
